Under Agreement:

Provide a list of important dates and ‘To-Do’ list once the Effective Date has been established

Accounting for funds

Attend inspections and appraisal

  • Detail review of inspection requests with advice for response
  • Full appraisal package presented including comps to justify sales price

Post Close:

We are available to buyer and buyer’s agent for any questions that may arise/come up

Provide ALTA for tax purposes January of the following year
